What is supradyn and when to use it: Supradyn contains thirteen vitamins, 9 essential minerals and trace elements and Coenzymes Q10 in balance proportion. Vitamins are vital substances that are supplied to the human body through the diet. Minerals are essential for metabolism and are essential constituents of the body(for bone, blood etc.) Trace elements are also essential substance which the body need only in small quantity.

Coenzymes Q10 also known as Ubiquinone is an oil soluble vitamin-like substance present in most Eukaryotic cells in the body, primarily in the mitochondria.
